Create Instagram Carousels for Better Engagement

If you’re shy about being on camera with Reels or simply don’t want to stand and point at text in your video, then perhaps leveraging Instagram carousel posts might be for you.

Here are three big reasons why carousel posts on Instagram are important to incorporate into your content mix:

Boosts Engagement: You can use up to 10 images or slides in a carousel update. This means that a person who sees your carousel has many opportunities to swipe through and interact with your post. Not only that, but your first slide initially appears in a person’s feed and then it’s delivered a second time with another image in your carousel post. Why not take advantage of this and package some of your images or valuable tips into a carousel post?

Amplify Your Reach: A juicy, valuable or highly visual carousel post can help boost your reach. If people are liking, commenting, sharing or saving your post, it can potentially help your carousel appear in the Discover section of Instagram.
